The Tavern is a delightful venue, located on the corner of Vinohrady’s beautiful Riegrovy Sady Park, perfect for group celebrations, small private gatherings and special catered events.
We can seat up to 30 people for any festive occasion, and for more informal “cocktail party” type events 40+ guests can comfortably mix and mingle. Over the last 15 years, we’ve hosted many tv & film cast/crew parties, wedding group dinners, team-building functions, company holiday parties, special birthday celebrations and other magical, memorable gatherings, all coordinated by the loveliest & friendliest staff in town.
Private events catering menus can include selections from our regular Tavern menu of Prague’s best burgers, sandwiches, Czech craft beers, tasty cocktails and desserts. Chef-owners Dean Selby and Lori Wyant and our Tavern Team are also very experienced and enthusiastic about creating party-themed menus focusing on (our specialty, prize-winning) American Smokehouse BBQ, New York Style pizza, gourmet Tex Mex, “surf & turf” & creative cocktail buffets.
We can also prepare delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free fare so that everyone will be able to join in on the fun. Each special party catering menu is customized according to the wishes of our guests and we are happy to collaborate with you to make your party dreams come true!
Additionally, we offer specialty catering with off-site delivery options for company lunches, birthday parties or other group events.
